When tooltip has offsets set to 0, tooltip is rendered bound to mouse cursor -
when cursor moves in tooltip's direction, it is hovering tooltip div element
and physically leaves element which is tooltip attached to. It causes
rerendering and new ajax requests.
Can be reproduced in Metamer in Chrome and Firefox.
