Yes, it's a hack - just like changed WebConfiguration class that has been
required previously. IdMapper is not a part of public API and not configurable
at all. I've recently reported that this class causes issues with GAE into
Mojarra issue tracker however I don't see *any* interest in GAE support
improvement from their side. If API changes this fix will break, but it's the
best we could do - MyFaces has open issue with rich:fileUpload component so we
can't use it for showcase. GAE archetype uses MyFaces and should not have the
need for that fix.
