Resolution: Rejected
It doesn't make sense to use this component on a mobile device. However, one
could use the 4th option in this demo where, when the user clicks the box, the
tooltip appears. This would allow for some exact positioning of elements when a
touch happens. I can't think of a usecase for it at this time.
