Some components does not react on changing skins, they works only with blueSky
skin,
here are the components:
rich:outputPanel and its header,
a4j:commandButton,
a4j:commandLink,
rich:panel,
rich:tabPanel,
rich:panelMenu,
rich:dropDownMenu,
rich:calendar,
rich:inputNumberSlider,
rich:inputNumberSpinner,
rich:column in demo rich:componentControl,
standard element skining only with some skins, for example not with ruby
