DropDownMenu with side layout on IE7 doesn't cover basic items, and dynamic
part of menu is mixed with underlying items of main menu.
So when mouseover on "File" item, there items "New, Open..." appears in element
with higher z-index, but because of this element is transparent, the underlying
items, such as "Links, Search" are visible (are not covered and hidden by popup
element), so there is mix of letters from "File" over "Links"
