When the rich:inputNumberSlider is placed in rich:popupPanel, it can't be moved
correctly with mouse. This can be reproduced in Metamer -
faces/components/richInputNumberSlider/simple.xhtml (select 'Rich Popup Panel'
template in the top menu and click on 'Load').
