This is ok since the content was originally designed for desktop screen widths.
We are not redesigning the content for this release.
You can create another issue for 4.2 if we want to focus on content
organization. The outputpanel is a separate issue and would need a relative
width based on the device width. It looks like it's a hardcoded pixel value.
