Summary: Fileupload component doesn't include list of submitted
files removed in the onclear event (was: Autocomplete component doesn't
include list of submitted files removed in the onclear event)
Description: The onclear event fired by the Fileupload component when
all items are removed does not included the submitted items (only the queued
for upload items). This makes it impossible to write a handler to remove the
