Archetypes : remove the generation of *-source jars plumbing

The RF archetypes have some configuration to create *-source jars. Since the
sources are already packaged in the actual archetype, this seems unnecessary,
clutters the pom.xml and adds extra overhead to maintain the
maven-assembly-plugin configuration.
Unless there's a good reason to keep that boilerplate, my suggestion is to stop
generating the *-source packages and clean up the pom.xml.
