Accessibility of web applications is define in the US by [section
508|http://www.section508.gov/], and in the EU by the [Web Accessibility
Policy|http://europa.eu/geninfo/accessibility_policy_en.htm].
Writing accessible application is really about the design of the application
itself. We should however ensure that we are not providing components that
inhibit the creation of an accessible application.
