This issue seems to be due to the css rule in the
.rich-tabpanel-content-position class: "position : relative"
Overriding it like this
.rich-tabpanel-content-position {
position : inherit;
}
fix the issue. BUT, is there any side effect ? what is the purpose of this css
rule ? (fix some old broken web browser behavior ??)
