In the initial issue, the {{defaultEventName}} is not provided.
The problem is CDK recognizes default event name from annotation
(@Attribute(event=@EventName(defaultEvent=true, ...))}, but not from XML
configuration {{<default-behavior>true</default-behavior>}}.
