The table scrolling functionality has been rewritten for 4.2.1.CR1 (see:
RF-10754). This version is currently undergoing QA, and will be released
shortly. I would ask that you try this again with the soon to be release
4.2.1.CR1, and see if the problem persists.
(If you are eager to try the CR1 release before it's finished QA, feel free to
grab it from the maven staging repository:
