The readme file in the directory examples of distribution zip contain some old
information which will be nice to update.
For example there is advice to build examples with -Pjee6, to run examples only
on Tomcat 6 and other quite old info.
On the other hand, I can imagine to delete this file entirely as the only one
example (showcase) has nice readme.
