Summary: Support focus, blur and change events with Calendar (for CSV
and Placeholder integration) (was: Placeholder does not work properly with
Calendar)
Description:
Calendar does not work correctly with Placeholder because of use of
{{useNative=false}} - in this mode, the font-color of input is not changed
until user manually focuses / blurs the input.
And calendar does not fire such events.
Similarly, calendar can't be used with client-side validation on blur.
