For example in Component Reference, there is a class 'rf-ii-dis-s' marked as
class, which is used for disabled inplaceInput, but in fact a 'rf-ii-dis' is
used instead.

And I've also noticed that there is duplicated style 'rf-ii-none' in
inplaceInput.ecss. This redundancy should be removed.
