For sure the the issue isn't regression since the "panelMenu.js" file is full
of TODOs
(https://github.com/richfaces/components/blob/develop/output/ui/src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/org.richfaces/panelMenu.js).
One of TODOs is expandAll()/collapseAll().
