When running RichFaces in an environment in which a Java
[SecurityManager|http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/essential/environment/security.html]
is enabled, the call to
[Class.getProtectedDomain()|http://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/lang/Class.html#getProtectionDomain()]
will throw a
[SecurityException|http://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/lang/SecurityException.html].
The
[org.richfaces.VersionBean|https://github.com/richfaces/core/blob/develop/impl/src/main/java/org/richfaces/VersionBean.java]
class calls Class.getProtectedDomain() but doesn't catch the SecurityException.
Basically, the VersionBean needs to be able to detect the version of RichFaces
even when the SecurityException is thrown.
