A few thoughts regarding this:
* We should pay attention to the zip size. Including too many artifacts in the
dist will make the download unnecessarily large
* We have both the showcase and photoalbum running on Openshift if people just
want to "see" them running
* The war's are (currently) very container specific. Would we only include the
JBoss AS war?
* The war's are available in maven. Perhaps we can link to the maven central
URL where poeple can download the war?
