The TagHandlers forms enormous part of the Java source code together with
method expressions:

https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces5/tree/master/framework/src/main/java/org/richfaces/view/facelets
We could favor just Facelets support without tag handlers.
I need to investigate more if that's possible.
