As we are in process of adopting RichFaces 5 by RichFaces 4.5 Components
(RF-13114), we need to change the namespace so that those two won't conflict.
{{http://richfaces.org}} seems like easy to remember and concise solution (as
we have agreed on team meeting 2013-08-08.
