Reproduced at [this|https://github.com/jhuska/richfaces-sanbox/tree/RF-13062]
minimal sample.
On WildFly 8.0.0.Alpha4 with default Mojarra 2.2.1:
* The issue *can* be reproduced as described. There is no visible error
stacktrace elesewhere.
On GlassFish 4 with default Mojarra 2.2:
* The same result as on the WildFly with default Mojarra
On JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final with Mojarra 2.1.7
* working fine
The component tree differs only slightly for working and non-working example -
non workign example does not have html doctype element rendered and other small
differences in jsf components.
Let me know I can do some more testing.
