I've updated the [pull request|https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces/pull/57],
{{net.java.dev.atmosphere:jquery-atmosphere.js}} and
{{org.richfaces:ajax/push.js}}, are being packed into {{core.js}}. (and
excluded from {{ui.js}})
There are still issues though
* {{push.js}} exists in RF 4.5, should I remove it?
* {{push.js}} references {{RichFaces.BaseComponent}}, since core is being
linked before ui/packed (in showcase at least) push is not being initialized
