I have expanded all resource libraries (ajax, base-component, message,
notifyMessage) and removed them.
The only remaining resource libraries are:
* richfaces-queue.reslib (configurable conditional rendering of
richfaces-queue.js)
* csv.reslib (resource library for client-side validation that is extensively
used in
[csv.xml|https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces/blob/master/framework/src/main/resources/META-INF/csv.xml#L28])
