I've managed to isolate the component causing the issue in EAP, it's the
<ui:include> on [this
line|https://github.com/richfaces4/dev-examples/blob/master/photoalbum/src/main/webapp/includes/userPrefs/userPrefsEdit.xhtml#L148],
the include is how the context help is inserted in other places.
In AS the issue is different and seems to be caused by several input components
on the same page.
