I found out that the issue is caused by PhantomJS webdriver that freezes
execution on this line:

The test works fine with Firefox.
So I'm marking this test as FirefoxOnly and I will hand it over to QE.

Ideally there should be page fragment for testing r:fileUpload that will make
sure it is testable on every supported browser or at least report an error that
r:fileUpload can't be tested on given browser.
