Steps to Reproduce:
# deploy Metamer and load
http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPopupPanel/simple.xhtml
# set "Popup's paragraph width:" input to {{100}}
# set {{resizeable}} to {{false}}
# set {{autosized}} to {{true}}
# set {{width}} to {{-1}}
# set {{height}} to {{-1}}
# click on the Call popup button
# see that popup panel adjusted only its height, width stays the same
