Steps to Reproduce:
# deploy Metamer and open
http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richDataTable/simple.xhtml
# set {{@onrowmouseover}} to {{alert('mouse over triggered')}}
# move mouse over any row of the dataTable
** has: no alert is visible, event is not triggered
