Something about the commit

broke the build of _components/rich_ when no {{mvn clean}} is executed. This
can be seen by running the following command within the _components/rich_
module:
{code}
mvn clean; mvn install -DskipTests=true; mvn install -DskipTests=true
{code}
As such I have reverted the commit on the {{4.5.x}} branch.
