We've had an interface (BaseProps) with {{getId}} method implemented by spinner
and slider. I do not know what its purpose was but it overwrote the default
{{setId}} method of UIComponent - which resets clientId so that a correct one
can be assigned. The interface also contained {{getBinding}} and {{isRendered}}
methods. Those are as well supplied by UIComponent and so I've removed the
interface.
That interface is based on base-props.xml which is being referenced in 4.3.x
but it does not seem to have an effect there.
