Reopening the issue because it is not resolved in current 4.5.0-SNAPSHOT nor in
5.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
It does not work neither on EAP 6.2.3+ or on WildFly 8.0.0.Final+. Steps to
reproduce can be found in [~jstefek]

Originally I verified this issue on February 2014, the EPVC was refactored in
May (RF-13505), my guess is that it is broken because of it.
