Most of the xml attribute files were defined in the CDK rather than in the
framework and are still present:
https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces-cdk/tree/master/attributes/src/main/resources/META-INF/cdk/attributes
If any components continue to reference them, they should be updated to use
interfaces as well.
