After using the PR for RF-13742 this still fails with client side state, but
it's more obviously a view expired exception.
The fact that it complains about ERROR: MAC did not verify! makes me think this
is somehow related to the new encryption of client view state that was added in
mojarra 2.2.7 java:comp/env/jsf/ClientSideSecretKey

FWIW The standard JSF file upload works with client side state and the RF one
works fine with server side.
