Pennsylvania Judge Mark Martin, a recent convert to Islam dismissed a case where a Muslim came out of the crowd at a Halloween parade and attacked a man dressed as a Zombie Mohamed. Instead of citing lack of evidence for the dismissal, the Judge rips the victim for being the antagonist. This is clearly unconstitutional and blatantly biased toward an attacker who just couldn't control himself after being insulted. Here sounds as if he was raised in another country and knows nothing about the first amendment.
