The requirements are satisfied if the candidate: a. is at least 35 years of age; b. is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and a resident of the United States for fourteen years; and c .is otherwise eligible under the Constitution. "I am requesting you send me all paperwork submitted by the DNC, Howard Dean and Barack Obama to satisfy the above requirement. This would include any electronic forms, applications or other paperwork." She didn't respond, so I sent her a second certified letter 30 days later. To date, I've never heard back from her. The CPD is a private organization, so they can just ignore you.
