I'll tell you. Their senate has 25 seats. 24 are Democrats. Their House has 51 seats. 44 are Democrats. I know people over there who have been hounding their state rep and senator to open an investigation. All they get is silence or a form letter. Enough of this cover up. While I don't push boycotts often, I hope everyone will send a letter to the Hawaii Department of Tourism and tell them Hawaii won't get a penny of your tourist dollars. The cover up by Hawaiian state officials from top to bottom is unacceptable. Of course, too many years had passed. The alleged killer, Joran Van der Sloot, has not been charged. He went on to kill a young woman in South America and is in one of their prisons.
