Schack is a justice of the Kings County Supreme Court, Civil Term, in the 2nd Judicial District of New York. "In August 2012, a legal partner for attorney John McDonough filed a request to ask Judge Schack to recuse from a case. The judge is accused of hanging up images of the attorney and drawing a bullseye on McDonough's face. A link to the image can be found in this story: New York Daily News, "Judge targets 'piece of s---' lawyer with bullseye poster during trial," August 18, 2012. "In the request, McDonough's partner said: “ Justice Schack has sufficiently revealed such a level of personal animus towards defendants’ counsel as to make it inappropriate for him to continue as the trial judge. ” Communist Party USA calls for 'street heat' to push amnesty Please: If you haven't called your US. Ask if the bill has gone to Gov. Brewer. If it has, call her office and encourage her to sign it. You're lucky. Here's in Texas our state legislature doesn't care about private property rights or UN encroachment on Texas sovereignty. Here is the actual bill that passed the AZ House. What I was just told and confirmed was that an Anti-Agenda 21 bill that had been stalled in the AZ Senate was added as an amendment to the NDAA bill HB2573 and it too passed. Please spread the word if you live in Texas or know someone who does. WHITE PAPER - HB650 "HB 650 is currently in committee - Elections Committee - and it's being stalled. "With the research I've done, I can say with 100% certainty, that the Texas Democratic Party was able to get Obama's name placed on our Texas General Election ballot last year (and in 2008) without so much as a glance at his documentation from anyone at the Secretary's office - not even his application for a place on the ballot, illustrating a flawed process in our current election laws - this new bill will correct this flaw among others. "When you look at the 'white paper', you'll see what I'm talking about. "Pay particular attention to pages 4 through 7, which shows you the actual applications for a place on the (Primary) General Ballot. I obtained these documents through the Open Records Act. See if you can spot the problems on these applications. I'll give you a hint: Page 6. Obama's application for a place on the ballot. Texas law does not require either/any political party to send a copy of the ballot application(s) to the Secretary of State. "And if they had been sent a copy of Obama's application, they would have had no choice but to remove his name from the ballot, because there was no acknowledgement of ANY eligibility requirements for president. And with Rick Santorum's application (page 5), they would have also had no choice but to keep his name off of the ballot - because he stated he had only been in the country for 4 years! I have explained all of this in better detail, and have highlighted these issues on all of the applications, in the white paper. "What happens if this dies in committee? If nothing is done THIS session, the State of Texas will REMAIN vulnerable to future attempts at putting another (potentially) ineligible candidate on the ballot. You see, our current law allows for each political party to put whomever they want on the ballot. "While that is fine for a PRIMARY election, it shouldn't be as easy to get those same names on the general election ballot - Not without putting in place a stronger set of laws ensuring that only eligible candidates can have their name printed on the ballot. You would think that was a given, right? Not so. "I've started a letter/email/phone campaign to convince the committee chair, Rep. Geanie Morrison, that this bill needs a public hearing. It's working, but I need to ramp it up! A LOT! Here’s where I need some help! "All I need people to do is contact the members of the Elections Committee, and respectfully ask that they bring this bill for a public hearing. They are currently “sitting” on it, and it will go nowhere, if it remains in this status. I have provided the full contact info (below) for all members of this committee. If you want to just email them all at once, here are all of their email addresses; you can copy & paste the entire text (as is) in to the address box of a NEW email message: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] ; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] "Be sure to put in the subject line, “Support HB650″, or something similar. "If you'd rather call each one of the members, start with the Chairwoman, Rep. Morrison. I’ve included their phone numbers, below. "That’s it! It’s that easy! Thank you so much for your help! Several of us have worked way too hard on this to watch it “die” in committee!! But, it does no good for just ME to keep bugging the members of this committee. They need to hear from as many Texans as possible!" Elections Committee – Contact Information Committee Clerk: Justin Unruh [email protected] 512-463-0772 Chairwoman: Rep.
