To this day the Kennedy's paid virtually (I use that word advisedly) no taxes. They even avoid the onerous death tax, paying only a pittance. Illegal immigration and Obamacare are probably the 2 biggest issues for most of US; both have long lasting repercussions. (Donchya just love the spread of how many we are currently housing.) Either one could destroy this country as we know it. The only difference is which to take on first. I think that's where the almighty George Soros wants US to be, divided while the US Treasury is looted, our wealth diluted, our source of energy vastly reduced and our children brainwashed. IMHO, and reading of the Constitution, any and all amnesty programs are patently unconstitutional. Not only does immigration have to be "uniform", it is solely the power of Congress to establish uniform laws. Even if it could be twisted that the POTUS has the Constitutional power of amnesty, amnesty by itself does not make any person(s) a citizen. The best amnesty can do is excuse someone of past infractions of the law. And as we all agree, the POTUS does not have Constitutional privilege to enforce some laws and ignore others. His obligation to enforce the laws Congress passes is clearly spelt out. None of the above is arbitrary. It's black-and-white on aged-yellow paper that has been symbolically trampled on for centuries. IMHO, the re-election of the Obama/Soros administration would be the last nail in America's casket. Definition of TYRANT 1a : an absolute ruler unrestrained by law or constitution b : a usurper of sovereignty Definition of TYRANNY 2a :a government in which absolute power is vested in a single ruler; One of the very first crisis’s the President was faced with was handed down to him by his predecessor, the bankruptcy of the auto industry. GM owed $172B and had assets of only $82B, resulting in negative equity of $90 bil. If the govt did nothing, the salaries/wages would have been paid; All taxes state and federal be paid, then the bond holders with assigned collateral rights followed by bond holders with no collateral, vendors & suppliers, and finally, and last in line, the owners (stock holders), or until the money ran out, which ever came first. The govt chose to convert it’s loans to equity, becoming stock holders of GM/Chrysler and then decided that the next in line, the bonded stockholders, would split their share with the UAW! The Union had no legal equity rights to anything. Their members had already gotten paid in full. This is a fraud effectively stealing the collateral of the secured bond holders. It is not a questionable matter; it is a matter of law. The decision should be reversed, the judge should be impeached and charged with fraud along with his co-conspirators. Now that’s not going to happen, nor is anyone of consequence in govt or the media going to suggest it. It’s just a black stain on the USG. It’s how it would have been if the bankruptcy laws were followed.
