Marriage between one man and one (or more) women has been a reality since before the days of the Pharaohs. If SCOTUS determines a law conflicts with the Constitution (eg voting tax) it strikes it down. "White only" water fountains or laws requiring blacks to sit in the back of the bus were all struck down. So why I ask when the SCOTUS decided that same-sex laws violated the Equal Rights clause, why didn't they do what they always do---strike it down? Aren't ministers, rabbis and priests who refuse to perform same-sex marriage only, violating the Supreme Law the Land? Rich Martin PS If marriage is no longer limited to one man and one woman...isn't there a Mormon in a Las Vegas prison that should be released?
