1.  Barack Obama Wants Your Mom To Nag You To Buy Insurance
Once upon a time, young voters, you remember Barack Obama: cool, hip, The
Future. But not anymore. Now, he’s just a guy who wants your mom to nag you to
buy the insurance policy he’s having trouble selling.

Democrats are hopeful that a nagging mother will be hard to say no to.

But “[m]others, however, have been turned off by the divisive nature
of the debate over the law, Lake said. Even for mothers engaged in
politics, the law’s close association with President Obama is not always a
plus.”

That’s right: Mom finds the guy a little too pushy, too. . . . please click

2.  How you will know when #obamacare is doomed.
Semantically speaking, this interview with AMA President Dr. Arvis Hovenon  the
AMA’s future relationship with Obamacare is pretty much a null value
exercise – here’s a sample, so that you understand what I mean . . . please

3.  I am of two minds about this John Kerry Nantucket story.
You see, on the one hand: John Kerry went yachting, instead of
getting involved in the Egypt none-dare-call-it-coup. On the other hand: John
Kerry went yachting, instead of getting involved in the Egypt
none-dare-call-it-coup. And on the gripping hand: I had and have
precisely zero confidence in Susan Rice when it comes to any sort of
foreign affairs involving the continent of Africa.  To use the classic military
formulation*: John Kerry is Stupid/Lazy; Rice is Stupid/Energetic.  Which is to
say: Kerry can be counted on at least to generally not
deliberately go out and do something (and thus mess things up); you
would have been able to count on Rice to do precisely that. . . . please click

4.  Lamar Alexander Fishing for Distraction from Amnesty Vote
What happens when you bring a Lamar Alexander to a Chuck Schumer fight?  He
turns around and becomes a weapon for Chuck Schumer and his allies, albeit an
ineffective one.

In 2007, before running for a second term, Alexander rightfully noted that “to
regain the public’s confidence, we ought to scale it back and
fix the problem step-by-step by absolutely securing our borders first,
then enforcing our laws without amnesty.”  Now, after years of voting for more
spending, higher taxes, more debt, expanded
government healthcare, massive energy regulations and subsidies, and
liberal judicial nominees, the former third ranking Senate Republican
has become a Chuck Schumer Republican.  He led the fight, along with Bob
Corker, to push a fledgling amnesty-first bill across the finish line. . . .

5.  Dear GOP: Don’t Get Cute With This
The President has decided to scrap the employer mandate in Obamacare. It is
questionable if he actually can do this without Congress okaying
it. But no one will challenge him. The scrapping is really a delaying
until after the election.

Republican strategists are already opining that we should fight to
repeal the individual mandate too. What's good for employers should be
good for people after all.

Republicans, please take note — that’s stupid. It won't stop
Obamacare. It simply gives the Democrats an out that will make the
overall law both more expensive and less onerous to the American public. Do not
get cute here. . . . please click here for the rest of the post →

Congress Sets State Application To Zero;
No Rules Exist To Count Apps

READ IT IN YOUR BROWSER:
http://www.nolanchart.com/article10318-congress-sets-state-application-to-zero-no-rules-exist-to-count-apps.html

If they can't count the number of applications received,
how will anybody know if enough have been recd?
I wonder if they thought of that.

In a nutshell, this means Congress has struck down Article V
Article V and most of the Bill of Rights, are null and void.

I say this is a breach of the contract between the Government
and We the People and is therefor, null and void.
As
of now, we are being governed by an outlaw govt.

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall
propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application
of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a
convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be
valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when
ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or
by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of
ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no
amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and
eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in
the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its
consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
