Then the conundrum is: is the nation better served by making 4th amendment optional at the cost making the term "Supreme Law of the Land" a misnomer? If Snowden is found guilty in a court of law and is sentenced to ten years in prison, shouldn't the perps who did more harm to the nation serve more than ten years in prison? Why not?
