HAARP Has Not Shutdown, Only Bought By The Highest Bidder Group
Last Oct, when we saw 2 freak storms meld into Super Storm Sandy I suggested the possibility is wasn't an act I nature; it was too warm in the North and too cold in the South to have a hurricane from either. I don't remember reading anything about HAARP in decades. It only attracted me because HAARP was a Navy invention to spot enemy submarines better than sonar, and I served in the USN in anti-submarine warfare. Last I read was that HAARP worked fine, but too difficult to control. Subsequently I read, that the govt was now experimenting with HAARP to control the weather. Haven't heard another peep in a very long time. With this limited decades-old knowledge and no reason to believe it was resurrected, I wondered out loud, was Hurricane Sandy a man-made storm serving the Democrat party a crucial month prior to the election.
