Message from the Chair

Fellow Texas Libertarians,

I am really happy to have Lauren Daugherty and Heather Fazio onboard as
we ramp up candidate recruiting.  We have a strong team and are focused
on helping to grow the party and serve all of you that are part of our
team.  We have another outstanding evening forum planned on September 7 held
north of Fort Worth, followed by regional conferences in several locations.

Some efforts we are focusing on are raising revenue to bring Heather back to
full time, recruiting candidates, and selecting a state convention site for
April 11-13.  We
also have a major project called "Libertas" to significantly improve our
technical infrastructure and financial system, and Rob Lapham has done a
tremendous job managing this critical effort.

We have a lot to do.  With your support, the "Launch 2014" campaign will be the
best ever.  Thank you so much for your support

Yours in Liberty,
Pat Dixon
