Hi,

I don't think that it was such a big offense to write in a different
language and again I don't think that you should apologize for that.  Why
one need that the moderator decides what language to use ? (For that matter
why not use french ? ) It is true that english seems to be, at this moment,
more generally-understood than others. This does not mean that one should
set rules about this.
