Just click on http://icsd.ill.fr/icsd/help/CIF-help.html it and it will either display a structure along with some instructions, or else ask you to upgrade your browser to handle java, telling you how to do that. The first time you connect Jmol downloads the java applet (1Mbyte) so wait a few seconds depending on the speed of your internet connection. Alan. BTW, ICSD uses an extended version of Jmol, 10.x.20 which contains more features than 10.3.1
