I got two big wide bumps centered at ~ 1.12 Angstrom and ~1.61 Angstrom(~40%) in the x-ray (~8 keV) diffraction pattern of GeSbTe thin films. Those two are not from amorphous GST.
Can anyone give me an idea about the origin of the two bumps? Yours sincerely Namsoo Shin
