Apparent Size

Hello everyone!
I would like to make a point:

Through the program FULLPROF you can obtain the values of apparent size in the

directions [100], [010] and [001]. These values represent the length of the

crystallite in these different directions, right? But these lengths are values

of the diameter or the radius (semi-axis) of the crystallites?
