Dear Jin Peng, The uncertainties for the lattice parameters (and all the other fitted parameters) are in the LST file (list file). They are shown as separate numbers for the lattice parameters and the uncertainties, like so: 13.88843 13.88843 6.53524 0.00035 0.00035 0.00014 - Kurt
