Dear Rietvelders, While fitting the anomalous x-ray diffraction pattern, I am not able to refine the form factor of the element, about the edge of which x-ray diffraction measurements have been performed. I am able to give the parameters f' and f" from the option pattern->user scattering parameter, if I use the edit pcr option, in Fullprof. It would be nice if anybody can help me in this regard.
