We are delighted to announce the *Second 2025 Edition of the School on
Neutron Diffraction Data Treatment using the FullProf Suite*, which will
take place at the *Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), Grenoble, from 27 to 31
October 2025*.
This second year edition will place a special emphasis on the *analysis
of magnetic structures*, alongside the treatment of both *X-ray and
neutron diffraction data*. The school is designed to provide in-depth,
hands-on training using the *FullProf Suite*, with a balance of
tutorials and lectures delivered by experts in the field.

*π―**Scientific Scope*
The *2025 FullProf School* aims to train scientists in the effective
treatment of X-ray and neutron diffraction data, with a particular focus
on magnetic structure determination and the latest features in materials
science data analysis.
Participants will benefit from *intensive practical sessions*, making
extensive use of the FullProf Suite, complemented by targeted lectures
that cover the theoretical background necessary for intermediate-level
users.

*π―**Lectures & Tools*
This session will highlight the use of *FullProf Suite* in combination
with external tools such as the *Bilbao Crystallographic Server* and
*ISODISTORT*, especially for applications related to *magnetic structures*.

*π₯**Who Should Apply?*
The school is intended for *PhD students and experienced researchers*
with a solid background in *powder diffraction *and/or*single crystal
crystallography*. To ensure personalized support and effective
interaction, the number of participants is *limited to 30*.
Selection will be based on a *motivation letter*, a *short CV*, and for
PhD students, a *recommendation letter from their thesis supervisor*. If
necessary, a balance between institutions and nationalities will be
considered.
